The balls and the prints on them are good. The chat support beforehand was good. I had read that without printing, customers received each ball in a plastic bag. That would not be the case with balls that have an advertising print on them. Technically that was correct, but all the plastic bags were included in the box. And that's not what I want. In other words, if you order, be sure to ask to send those bags with you. Given the helpfulness, I suspect multigift will do this. We ordered several colors, with us the balls were mixed up in all colors. Since this was done for a learning game, that was annoying. Had this arrived on the day I needed it, I would have been in trouble.
