For each promotional product on multigift.com, an indication of the delivery time is given for both unprinted and printed orders. Non-printed promotional products can almost always be delivered within a few working days. A lead time of approximately 2 to 3 weeks applies to printed promotional products.

If you need promotional products in a hurry, you will be pleased to know that quite some promotional products with imprint can often also be delivered faster. This may incur surcharges. For urgent deliveries, always contact us by telephone and we will immediately be able to inform you whether your lead time is feasible.

For all print orders you receive an order confirmation per e-mail with a digital proof of the provided print. This visual shows you how your logo and imprint will look on the promotional product. The order will not be processed until the quotation has been approved and signed.
