Returning procedure

Products without print and still in their original (undamaged) packaging can be returned. The guidelines listed below apply to returns.

To be absolutely sure a product meets your expectations, order a sample of the relevant product, before placing an order for a larger quantity. That will prevent unnecessary costs. Samples can be returned free of charge in accordance with the statutory regulations within 14 working days (at the customer's own expense and risk). If samples are not returned and no order is placed, after 14 working days you will automatically receive an invoice amounting to the value of the unit price of the product that has been supplied, plus delivery charges.

Costs are incurred for returning promotional products without ordering a sample first. Those costs are 5% of the order value of the products that are to be returned, with a minimum of 15 Euros (excluding VAT). Products can be returned within 14 working days after delivery. Always contact us if you wish to return an order. Goods that are returned on a customer's own initiative may get lost in the post. We accept no liability should that happen. Therefore keep the proof of postage in a safe place. In accordance with the law, costs associated with returning products are always borne by the buyer. Cash on delivery returns are not possible and will be refused.

Printed promotional products are not covered by the right of withdrawal and we will not accept returns of printed goods. That does not apply, of course, if the printed products that are supplied show defects. If you have any comments, or if the imprinted products do not meet your requirements, please contact us. We aim for the best possible quality and if there is something with which you are not totally satisfied, please let us know. This enables us to continuously monitor the quality and our processes and, where possible, to improve them. Thank you for your cooperation.

Do you want to return unprinted promotional gifts? Then preferably register a return shipment via "My MultiGift", so that we can handle your return quickly and efficiently. Giving a reason for return is not mandatory, but is appreciated.
