To avoid misunderstandings, you will always receive a digital proof from us in advance. This gives you an idea of the printing on your chosen promotional gift. This allows you to check the printing for inaccuracies. It is also possible to request a print sample by e-mail (info@multigift.com) without obligation before placing an order.
To realize a good printing, we need the logo in a vector file.
What is a vector file?
A file in which the image is made up of vectors, so that it can be enlarged or reduced without loss of quality. The most common file formats are .eps, .ai, or .cdr.
Files like .jpg, .gif, and .png are pixel files are usually unusable because they are out of focus.
You can usually easily request a vector file from your logo designer. Does the print consist of text only? Then it is sufficient to pass on the text and possibly the desired font (if in our possession).
